Supplier Business Link can work the browser support Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
You must check environment of your browser.
1.make sure https service can work.
   Because some firewall and proxy server will retrict this service.

2.enable Cookie.
   Check your browser setting.

3.enable SSL2.0/SSL3.0 .
   Check your browser setting.


4.Compatible with browser version 4.x or above.

Install CA Certification

Install CA Certificate
This page shows you how to install the CA certificate that SBL(Supplier Busniess Link) uses to authenticate server certificates to your browser.

Read the complete instructions for Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator , then click this link to begin the process:


To install the SBL CA certificate in Microsoft Internet Explorer

  1. Click Install CA Certificate.

  2. Click open the file

    The New Site Certificate dialog box appears:

  3. Select "Accept and enable this site certificate.''

  4. Click OK.

  5. You must now restart Internet Explorer so that it will reload the updated CA Certificate list.

 

To install the SBL CA certificate in Netscape Navigator

  1. Click Install CA Certificate.

    The New Certificate Authority dialog box appears:

  2. Click Next.
    Another dialog box will displays information about CA certificates.

  3. Click Next.
    Another dialog box shows you information about the CA certificate

  4. Click Next.
    Another dialog box prompts you to accept or reject this certificate:

  5. Please select ``Accept this Certificate Authority.''

  6. Click Next.
    Another dialog box offers the option to receive a warning each time you use this certificate. Since you use this certificate every time you make a secure connection, we recommend disabling the warning.

  7. Click Next.
    The final dialog box prompts you for a nickname that you can use to recognize this certificate.

  8. Enter "CLEVO CA Cert.'' for this certificate in the Nickname field.

  9. Click Finished.
